Merchandise Return and Refund Policy

All merchandise sales are final and non-refundable. However, exceptions may apply in the following cases:

  1. Accidental Purchases: Instances such as overstocked orders.

  2. Order Cancellation by Us: If we are unable to complete the order as advertised.

Conditions for Returns:

  • For undamaged products, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • The product must include all accessories and the original receipt (or gift receipt).

  • Exchanges will be processed using the original payment method.

Important Note:
Given that our merchandise is handmade to order, refunds are generally not available. However, we are happy to discuss replacement or exchange options. Simply reach out to us, and we’ll work to find a solution!

 

Ticket Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, with exceptions limited to:

  1. Accidental Purchases: Such as overstocked orders.

  2. Event Cancellation: If an event is canceled entirely and is not rescheduled.

 

Cancellations Policy

Events listed on our site operate on a rain or shine basis. However, cancellations may occur. In the event of a cancellation:

  • Patrons who purchased tickets will be offered a rescheduled date or an alternative event in its place.
